antagonists: Losartin (Cozaar) and Irbesartin,
AT1 angiotensin II receptor antagonists, act by
blocking the interaction between angiotensin II
and its receptor.
- The magnitude of the blood
pressure decrease associated with losartin may be
somewhat less than that seen with ACE inhibitors.
